Can I buy an Extra battery from slider?
Yes, our battery is all in same model and we supply for all time.
Can I order a Slider bike in my own color?
No, unfortunately from now is not an option.
Can I replace individual parts on my E-bike with others?
Yes, If any part is fits , it can be install on your bikes.
Can I ride Slider bike in the rain?
Yes, Slider bikes is in basic water proof, but if it's rain heavy ,we suggest to shut down the E-system to protect it. After it's all dry then use.
Can I rike Slider bike in winter?
Yes. At temperatures down to -10°C, the system works without any problems. Only the range may be a little less in cold weather
. At very low temperatures, you should charge and store the battery indoors or in the cellar, place it on the E-Bike immediately before you set off and ride with adjusted assistance. On arrival at your destination, take the battery inside the building with you and charge it again there.How to maintance my battery?
After use, charge it to 80% and more to storage. If you want to storage for long time , please make sure it's 80% more every two months.
Can I carry my Slider bike on Car?
Yes. There are lots of different carrier systems available on the market.
Before making a purchase, check with the dealer whether the carrier system is suitable for your E-Bike.
How to charge my battery?
Your E-Bike comes with a separate charging device that you can connect to any 110 / 220 V plug socket.
The battery charge level can be read off from the display on the bike’s handlebars or directly on the battery.
If you are not using the battery for a long time, it is best stored at around 60% charged in a dry place at room temperature. The charge level can be read off from the battery itself at any time.

Around 0.7 kWh are required to fully charge a 500 Wh battery.
Based on an electricity price of 28 cents per kWh, the power costs amount to around 20 cents per battery charge.
How far can I travel on one battery charge?
The answer depends very much on what degree of assistance you are using, what pace you are travelling at and what terrain you are riding on. Numerous other factors also determine the range (such as temperature, wind conditions, the rider's weight, cargo, tyre pressures, etc.).

How to change rear wheel?
The bolt of rear wheel is in square that to install and take out for same direction,
you can remove the rear wheel by
1. unplug the motor wires
2. careful untide bolts
3. look how the washer been installed
4. remove in same direction
What speed does the system support me?
Depending on the state, your specialist dealer offers models supporting speeds up to 25 km/h.
At higher speeds, the motor assistance switches off. will be no support
As the level you use from 1-5, it will offer different speed support mode.

How to check if there's an error?
1. If display shows but with no motor power , check the motor wires
2. If display no show, check the display wires and battery
3. If assisat system not work, check the controller
4. If the brake doesn't stop motor system when riding , check the brake wires.
5. If motor noise to load, check if you ride to long
6. If battery not charging, check battery
7. If battery not working(the level lights on it), change battery
